Position: Quality Control Reviewer (CSEA) 
Full time – $18.60 - $22.32
Division: Child Support Enforcement Agency

Primary Duties (non-exclusive): Obtains & monitors monthly activity reports as special project coordinator; coordinates & implements monthly monitoring; completes manual audits; investigates customer complaints and provides appropriate follow-up in coordination with unit supervisor or attorney; assists with the development and implementation of a comprehensive program to ensure quality and consistency; provides technical assistance to child support staff in compliance with federal, state, and local applicable rules and regulations; manages child support/medical cases; enters, maintains, and tracks date with the Support Enforcement Tracking System (SETS) or other computerized system; prepares cases for referral to court for legal action; testifies in court, if necessary.
Qualifications: (1) Completion of two years technical training or undergraduate major core coursework in criminology, social work, psychology or related field; or (2) two years’ experience in performing child support functions to include conducting investigations to locate absent parents, establishment of paternity and enforcement of child support orders; or (3) one course or six months experience in interviewing techniques, one course or six months experience in business math, one course or six months experience in techniques of writing, and one course or six months experience in typing, keyboarding or word processing; (4) A valid Ohio driver's license (5) All positions are subject to employment verification, criminal background check, fingerprinting, alcohol and drug screening, motor vehicle report check, SACWIS AP search, and approval by the Ashland County Commissioners.


Position: Child Support Case Manager (CSEA) 
Full time – $17.10 - $20.52
Division: Child Support Enforcement Agency

Primary Duties (non-exclusive): Manages all aspects of child support/medical support cases in accordance with federal, state and local laws and procedures; processes appropriate documentation for child support cases; enters, maintains, and tracks date with the Support Enforcement Tracking System (SETS) or other computerized system; prepares cases for referral to court for legal action; testifies in court, if necessary.

Position: Clerical Specialist 2 (Front Desk) 
Full time – $15.38 - $18.46
Division: WIOA / Support

Primary Duties (non-exclusive): Prepares and handles agency correspondence; performs word processing functions; maintains files and organization of file room; answers telephone calls and responds to general inquiries regarding Agency programs, purpose and procedures; greets and assists people who enter Agency and determines purpose of visit; accepts, verifies and receipts in all agency payments including child support, spend down and overpayments; provides additional clerical support; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: (1) High School or equivalent (preferred); Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred) (2) switchboard operation (3) A valid Ohio driver's license (4) All positions are subject to employment verification, criminal background check, fingerprinting, alcohol and drug screening, motor vehicle report check, SACWIS AP search, and approval by the Ashland County Commissioners.
