We are experiencing an unprecedented time in our need for caring foster parents. An epidemic of issues has brought a growing number of children into the custody of ACDJFS—children who deserve safe and loving homes. We are looking for people who have a heart and a mission to serve and provide for our community, one child at a time.

When you choose to foster a child, you are a partner in the reunification process. Together, we work toward the goal to provide a permanent, healthy home solution for each child.

If you’re interested in fostering or adoption, the first step is to start the conversation. We know you may have questions about fostering or adoption. Once we’ve talked and you’ve made a decision to foster, you will need to participate in pre-service training prior to becoming certified. You will then need to complete an application for child placement. We're here to help every step of the way.
