Celebrate Your Mind: Peer Support Group
- The group offers peer support for those who experience voice hearing, visions, and other unusual or extreme experiences. The group is open and takes place in a nonclinical setting where members can speak freely about their experiences without judgment or stigmatization. The peer-to-peer group is led by a trained mental health professional and affiliated Hearing Voices Network-USA member.

Domestic Violence Support Group
- This group participates in discussions on relevant topics like parenting, safety, and abuse. The peer-to-peer group is led by a trained advocate.

Grievers of Suicide Support Group
- This group is for those aged 18 or older who have had someone they love die by suicide. The peer-to-peer group is led by a trained mental health professional.
- Time: Meetings are the second Wednesday of each month at 6:15 p.m.

Finding Hope: Addiction Education & Relapse Prevention Group
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is used to identify, challenge, and replace addictive thinking and to change behavior patterns, and sustain long-term recovery from substance use disorders. The peer-to-peer group is led by a trained mental health professional.

Hospice Parents Group
- This ongoing support group is for parents who have had a child of any age pass away.

MOPs: Pothers of preschoolers
- This group exists to encourage, equip, and help women become the best moms they can be! Women who are pregnant or have young children (birth through kindergarten) are invited to join MOPS.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga
- A virtual beginners yoga class designed for all levels including chair yoga, mat yoga, mindfulness, grounding, breathing exercises, and positive affirmations. Yoga is led by a trained mental health professional.
